Multi-Year Support: Year 1
Our Year One model lays a foundation for successful implementation. We dig into our “CharacterStrong Culture” model where we discuss Clarity, Competence, and Consistency as the key ingredients of building an intentional, powerful school culture. The Clarity section focuses on a common language for why teaching the Whole Child is critical in our current world. The Competence section discusses some of our key curricula concepts and how we teach them. Our Consistency section focuses on some basic systems to keep ourselves accountable in this crucial, relational work.
Multi-Year Support: Year 2
The Year Two model provides a refresher of Year One and then dives deeper into how the CharacterStrong Culture model can thrive. We revisit Clarity, but this time through the lens of behavioral and implementation science while continuing to build a strong vision of Whole Child education. The Competence section breaks down a lesson, piece by piece, and provides some practical strategies to respond to the students who “aren’t bought in.” Finally, the Consistency portion of the day will get us laser-focused on the most high leverage S.E.R.V.E. Staples — keystone habits that, when done with fidelity, create powerful culture change.
