The Science and Power of Gratitude

Who doesn’t need a buffer against today’s headwinds? We, as educators are uniquely gifted with student interactions each day to pour into and develop resilient communities of connections, affirmations, and growth.

Gratitude and optimism are antidotes to chronic stress and toxic positivity and they come with some very basic rules: self-awareness, strong habits of stress prevention, collective teacher efficacy, and self-reflection.

Gratitude is a reliable - resilient tool that when we create awareness, acceptance, and action, we can truly thrive.
